An architectural feasibility study for a Sheffield development consortium.

Spacestudio was appointed to explore the opportunities of this prominent site just off Devonshire Green, Sheffield. We have gained a considerable amount of commercial experience working on several similar mixed-use schemes in the city.

To help communicate the feasibility study, we produced a series of concept architectural visuals from a massing model. The images proved invaluable at various meetings, allowing the attendees to understand the site’s full potential quickly.
