Concept / Masterplanning: Greenford, London

An architectural feasibility study: commissioned by GSK Development, several local business and community leaders.

Spacestudio was appointed to explore the opportunities of this significant site in Greenford, London. We were chosen to lead the project because of our commercial experience gained working on several similar mixed-use schemes in the north of England.

To help communicate the masterplan, we produced a series of architectural visuals. These artist's impressions proved invaluable at local community and business meetings, allowing the attendees to understand the potential of the site and the concept scheme.
