A bespoke, architect designed, contemporary family home in Nether Edge, Sheffield.

Previously this site, which in effect is at the bottom of our client's garden, had been refused planning permission. Our client appointed Spacestudio 'to have a go'. We love projects like this and relished the challenge.

With our design-led approach and a more comprehensive service, we secured our client his allusive permission. He could not have been happier. Work soon started on-site, and by mid-2015 his daughter moved in.

This is another scheme where we work closely with our specialist landscape architect/consultant. The advantage to our client is that the garden design integrates harmoniously with the architecture from the very beginning of the design process.
